Location

Tinure is a small village and townland in the parish of Monasterboice, County Louth. Tinure is predominantly rural in character, although there has been some new housing constructed in recent years. It falls within the scope of Drogheda Town, to its south, and Dunleer Town, to its north, which provide employment for many of the village's residents. There is a business park located on the northern edge of the village, with a number of services firms on site. The growth of the village in recent years can be largely attributed to its proximity to the M1 motorway, which has improved transport linkages to the locality.

The folio map shows the outline of 3 sites. 2 houses were constructed the 3rd is only a slab. One of the properties was completed and this property is tenanted. The tenancy details are unknown. A second house was completed to a shell finish, but it has been vandalised. Wiring and Plumbing have been removed. Most of the window have been broken and require replacement. The site itself is now overgrown. It is located within walking distance the village just out the Collon Road. This property will be of interest to Builders, Developers and investors.
